Anyone ever make cold oatmeal here? Sometimes it's too hot for a nice warm bowl
It's ducking awesome. I usually do it overnight, but it doesn't take more than 1-1.5 hrs to be ready. PB powder/Protein and frozen fruit, stevie if you want it to taste sweet. I make it so it's thick as fuck, and after the fruit is in there for a bit it basically turns into ice cream consistency.
literally eating this right now:
>quaker rolled oats (traditional or w/e)
>put in bowl with water, microwave 1min 20sec.
>pour off water, let cool 5mins
>pour in milk till all oats are just barely submerged
>two dollops of greek yogurt
>raspberries and blueberries
im farting as i type this.
Quick question. Can't find a straight answer anywhere else on the net. Figured I'd come to you guys.
Is dieting to lose weight more about what you eat, what you don't eat, portion control, or all three equally?
well to be honest dieting isnt enough to lose significant weight if you are being proper about it. The truth is that the only thing that will cause people to lose weight is to be more active. Standing up for 2 hours more a day on average can keep 10lbs off of you over the course of a year. Small changes are whats key.
When it comes to dieting you just need to be sure you are fitting all your needs and youre not over eating.
if you train more than 3 days and you're natty
>Ur fucking crazy
>Ur fucking insane
>Seek psychiatric help
>Need drugs to train more than 3 days a week
>Can get all the results you need training 3 days a week
>Get a hobby
TLDR'd that for ya
So why is having a balanced diet important? I've dropped like 40 pounds eating burgers and fries. Can't even tell you the last time I've eaten a green vegetable. I've cut my calories down to like 1000 per day at 260lb, 6'0" now. Am I fucking myself over or will this continue to work out? Share your knowledge, fitfags.
because having a shitty, unbalanced diet makes you feel like shit and you don't know this because you constantly feel like shit as a result of your shit diet and think that it is normal.
Is starvation an effective dieting method? Or will I just gain all the fat after it even if I lift while starving myself?
Sup /fit/ first time here, /b/tard.
Little backstory, couple of years jailtime and I came out 85kg @ 1.78cm with a sixpack. fit as fuck but muscle imbalance is an issue.
Left breast is a lot bigger whilst rightarm is bigger. LOADS of shi9t so far but need something concrete. Is my right tricep stronger that it takes all of the load off of my right peck so left gets bigger or is it something with the nerve system?

>a recent study on 168 college students found that your average college-aged female has a plank time of about 1 minute, 30 seconds, while an average college-aged male has a plank time of about 1 minute, 46 seconds

Hey there. Never really been on /fit/ before, so I want to ask this;
For a beginner, can anyone recommend to me a very basic excursive routine for the gym? Preferably, a free one I can just print out from online? I'm not overweight, but I'd like to start visiting the gym more. The only problem is, I have no fucking idea what exercise to do in what consequent, etc. I'd be visiting in the dark. Can anyone help?

creatine is a meme invented by the fitness supplement industry.
it's 100% placebo. You know how they tell you it takes 2 weeks to kick it? Lol. It didn't kick in, you just got stronger. Not to mention it's linked with baldness and cancer.
Take a week off and see your gains continue to grow.
