I did an experiment, I wanted to prove vegans wrong about fat-meat-highcholesterol link, so I ate like this for 1 month straight:
Breakfast: Margarine (artificial/shitty version of butter), shitty paté/pasty (made from pig liver) and/or shitty salami (cheapest processed meat i found)
Lunch: 3-4 eggs, lots bacon, brocolli or cabbage salad
Snack: vitamin pill or chocolate or honey
Dinner: чвapци (Serbian "specialty", snack made of 100% pig fat), lots of milk/cheese, and пpшyтa (quality meat), everything really spiced up
Also, stood up late most of the nights and drank lots of energy drinks (exam month), drank lots of alcohol (celebrating successful exams), but most importantly, exercised for half an hour every day and had regular sex.
Overall: shitty life, shitty food, almost no fruits and vegetables, but added exercise and sex

I wanted to prove vegans wrong, and prove right following theory
>Fat is not bad if you use it as energy, and not store it
So, did I succeed? Also, discuss.
Why the fuck do all of these plebcock low-carbers/ anti-vegan shitcunts have this pretentious idea that they can conduct scientific research on their own?
Do you really think that scientists, with decades of experience in the field, have missed something when they conduct their peer-reviewed clinical trials? Guess you showed them, right? Those incompetent doctors and medical researchers don't know anything about the effects of lipid ingestion and dietary cholesterol on serum cholesterol levels.
How does it feel knowing that when you die your body will deteriorate away while your consciousness and all of the knowledge, memories and emotions you have made will continue to flourish and grow and abandon everything temporal in order to continue in eternity?
How does it feel falling for the mortal, material trap?
>tfw tried gym for 2 months
>stoped going cause it lacked spirit
>went back to judo and now i'm very happy with it
>tfw i'll never have achieve any gains
I dunno... Gym lacks an objective and interaction that only sports provide...
What's your excuse for skipping core day?
How does /fit/ feel about bodyweight training?
Been 10/10 disciplined with eating and training for the last 11 months, finally made it through the last part of my cut for Stereo last weekend.
Couldn't have done it without the aesthetic boyz sticking by me day in day out. TFW you finally make it brahs.
Answering questions/giving advice on lifting and diet for the next half hour GO
I'd like to start meditating, but I can't find any guides that aren't full of hippie/new-age bullshit.
Does this count as a /fit/ topic, and if so, can y'all point me in the right direction?
i've seen the same post so many times. you don't need a guide to meditation. you just sit there, focus on good posture, focus on breathing. from there you can either
>let your mind wander and observe where it goes
>restrain your mind and keep it from wandering, focus only on breathing
i prefer the second, crazy relaxing once you have some success with it
What do you train to /fit/? looking for new workout music.
Pic related + PWO helped me get fucking jack desu. The whole album and their other one 'He'll Chose Me' is GOAT lifting music. I was never into -core metal but this stuff is gucci familia.
Does rogaine actually work?
Yes. But it's not a miracle treatment or a cure. It will slow or stop hair loss and it may regrow hair. Regrowing on the temples is exceedingly rare. Anything you grew whilst using will be lost when you cease using minoxidil.
> Herschel Walker claimed he never lifted weights or took steroids
> His routine was 1500 pushups, 3500 sit ups, and a 10 mile run every day
do you believe this /fit/?
Recomend me a good diet to get big?
So, /fit/ are fries that have been deep fried that bad for you? Once in a while I will peel and cut my own potatoes and make some french fries.
sticky says eat 10x bodyweight in calories to lose weight
I'm 200 lbs and have been eating 2000 calories a day for three weeks and I haven't lost a pound, haven't gained any either, but still.
Is the sticky inaccurate? How much should I eat to lose weight? How much do /fit/ anons eat to cut? Should I cut back 100 calories? 200 calories? help pls
And yes I am counting my calories perfectly.
>eat 2000 calories
>weight self after two weeks
>weight stays same or goes up: lower calories
>repeat with lower calories
the only accurate way to calculate your TDEE is to experiment, everything else is anecdotal
5'9" General manlet. 145 lbs.
How can I grow my chest more?
Currently using bench, flyers, dips, and incline decline versions of the first two.
>Pic related. Save me /fit/
Is SS really just a meme /fit/?
"SS is a meme" is the actual meme.
Yes, one of the biggest meme in 4chan history. You don't know how many people have had their lifting careers at best delayed by 5-6 months and at worst completely destroyed due to the lack of results because of this troll.
