Honestly there came a time were I felt I wasn't being who I wanted to be and was kind of disgusted with myself for even getting to where I was.
Every time I think about slipping, I remember how miserable I was and how desperately I wanted to change.
I think an important part is to accept that you will slip up every now and then, but that doesn't mean you should just quit.
It isn't a permanent choice, you have to always keep working at it.
