I coach youth football.. (Don't have a kid. But only reason I would have my kid in sport at a young age is for him to have fun and for him to find new friends and socialize... Hopefully that will help him love the sport.
Doesn't anyone else struggle with wanting to be more social and have a big group of friends but deep down wanting to be alone (except for a few girls to fuck and maybe your parents to talk to/visit during the holidays)?

Either your bench form is absolutely atrocious, or you are push pressing your OHP. Also your dl to squat ratio is fucked, either you half squat or have terrible dl for. BTW doing SS then PPL for 15 months combined should have netted you much much better numbers on all your lifts, especially deadlifts and bench. I'm not trying to bring you down, you need to hear this to fix your shit up.

New to /fit/ slightly overweight and very out of shape. tried going for a run, ran half a block and could hardly breathe. Need advice, I want to lose weight but gain muscle at the same time. I've tried the gym but felt overwhelmed by all the machines and had no idea where to start. could someone help push me in the right direction?

What are some /fit/ approved ways to cook seafood?
I really like salmon, shrimp, and cod. However, many of the recipes I find online involve drenching the seafood in butter. I'm trying to cut, so all that butter/oil/grease doesn't sound like a good idea.
I eat a lot of salmon. It tastes great on its own, so all I ever do is salt+pepper and maybe a little bit of lemon juice sprayed on right at the end of cooking. I just pan fry it like 2 minutes a side on high heat. I like it so its just barely above raw inside, yet seared and crispy on the outside.
