I was fat until 16, then I started starving myself, not a good idea. Gyno had set in, nothing helped so I tried to build muscle to compensate. Insurance said at 17 that I'd have to wait til 18, now I'm 18 and the insurance has yet to get back to me.
Nips are fucking soft, the cold weather is my only salvation, I've looked forward to it every year since I was 14 :(

I've heard plenty of people complain about this but I've never actually seen it.
Everyone I've seen complain about having overdeveloped glutes either:
1) wasn't lean and simply stored a lot of fat on their ass
2) had an overdeveloped lower body in general including their quads and hamstrings
I've never seen someone who had normal sized quads and hamstrings and legitimately overdeveloped glutes.
In my opinion delts and glutes are the 2 muscle groups that are impossible to overdevelop.
How does one get perfect posture? Turning 19 soon, I want to fix it before it's too late.

I'm starting a cut, and am wondering how important it is to count macros? I'm just doing calories in calories out, but I end up with very little fat in my diet. Should I eat more fat and count macros? Even if it means I might end up with slightly more total calories (since fat is so calorie-dense)?
fat is important even when cutting. why not eat more fat(serving of nuts, tablespoon of PB, etc) but not go over your caloric limit? should be pretty simple to implement a little more fat and if youre over your daily calorie goal, decrease a portion later. use myfitnesspal to make life easier
But... the whole "a calorie's a calorie" mentality kind of contradicts the "A calorie from protein is different from a calorie from fat"

Am I the only one here vain enough to use makeup? I had really bad acne as a teen and now my acne scars are pretty rough. I got microderm and what a waste of $375 that was. I did a TCA peel myself, and it helped but the wait to heal almost makes it difficult to justify.
Anyway, I bought a concealer at Walmart the other day and it's a big help but I have no idea what I'm doing and sure I could get something better.
