So my gym attendance is dropping since medschool got harder and the hours more restrictive so I decided to something about that and bought bars, dumbells and weights and set up a itty bitty home gym.
I can't obviously bench press or shit like that at home and that has me worried.
Any thoughts on a full body routine using only what I have at hand?
Overhead press, standing rows, deadlifting, squats, what else?
I'm not the most experienced guy. But ever consider bodyweight exercises with a weighted vest?
Pushups situps squats and pull ups are all you really need, and you can work different muscle groups with some variation on the above 4 exercises.
The only one you May need gear for is the pullups but the rest can be done without any gear. Maybe substitute that for supermans. Then all you need gear wise is space.
