not good for benching, but great for building shoulder mass, and a good accessory to overhead press.
i do cuban press as a substitute for side laterals like 50% of my workouts.
i don't do the final press movement, though.. just the first three positions in that image.

Actually, aspartatic acid has been proved to increase test, same as zinc. Formula wise I'd go for T-UP, but the A-HD has a good score notheless.

Mine is the Bench Press. I actually don't like it that much, but I can't progress on that shit, so I started adding more bench days. Funnily enough, I still haven't stalled on the OHP, after 7 months.

Doing 1/2/3/4 for reps is strong; so yes. Is it near the end of where you can take your body?
No, its near the beginning. However, the vast majority of people can't bench 1 plate, so you're much stronger than most people.
