I usually fill my slow cooker with Monster Zero Ultra™, with 0 calories it is great for cutting and has vastly improved my results in the gym.

This is everything I've had to eat today down to the last gram. I'm 5'11 132Ib. I have a beach party coming up on Sept. 30th and I wanna look my absolute best. Tried my best to keep the carbs little to none. I did 30min (300 cals burned) of fasted cardio this morning and did an hour and a half of weights (chest and abs). I'm exercising by following bodybuilder instructions so I don't do anything bad but I still feel like a sack of shit after I'm done. The sticky mentioned something about foam rollers in critical areas (?) but the link just gives me a Page not Found. And yeah I stretch before and after exercising

I would think squats, but alot of powerlifters can't jump.
