Fellow 26 year old here. I also suspect I am low test as I have almost no sex drive, can't grow facial hair and still have a somewhat baby face.

I been working out for almost 2 months. Either I can see I'm slightly more toned in areas or I notice workouts are becoming easier. Everything seems to be showing results already except biceps. They're not any more toned that I can see, and workouts targeting biceps aren't any easier. Are biceps more difficult to train or am I doing some thing wrong? ....maybe more patience?
