What's the fastest way to not be fat besides reducing carbs until near ketosis, increasing cardio and shutting the fuck up?
But really all you need is a 500-800 kcal deficit.
You didnt get fat over night. You wont lose it overnight. It takes YEARS to get fat. It takes a similar amount of time to loose it again.

Does anyone else feel like absolute shit while working out? So many people say they feel great and they love working out. I'd like to get there too but right now I'm just enjoying the result but not the actual act of lifting weights. I want to love it but right now I just can't.
I fuckn by love it. I mean that littally, my time in the gym is the only time of my day that I feel competent, goal oriented, focused, and can visually observe my progress. Wageslave life is boring as fuck, I have no gf, and my social network is just a handful of incels. The gym is, no hyperbole here, the only time I feel alive.
Help me design a leg day, /fit/. I'm still trying to work out the kinks in my new PPL, but my leg day needs to be designed from the ground up. It'll be done twice weekly, and I want to have an emphasis on ass. I'm male, but my gf has a thing about butts, and I hear other chicks love 'em, so why not? So, help me design a leg day with emphasis on getting a nice ass.

But are squats and front squats on the same day a good plan? Don't they work mostly the same muscles?
I do shoulder on push days, usually, since OHP fits in nicely as a push.
Has /fit/ done the shuttle test? Got a test tomorrow, don't feel too stressed already practiced a few months ago and did 10 stations, any tips? Stories?

Ok, /fit/, bit of a newfag. Need some tips here.
About 6'0", 175 pounds. I've been regular at gym for about 12 months, 9 of those spent working on gains. Problem is, I'm pretty damn weak. Can only bench 90, squat 90, but my abs are pretty toned. Looking for ways to get stronger. Any tips?
