2km is the standard usually, like the mile for running. my best is 7:40 but a lot of rowfags would dismiss that ezpz.

This recently developed over the last year and I've never once really had a problem.
I don't consume caffeine a ton but when I do I get wicked acid reflex to where I just feel nauseous so bad where I can't even speak.
My doc told me it was too much whey but after cutting whey for awhile and still consuming Pre Workout I noticed it was the caffeine consumption. (i.e from coffee and tea as well.)
Do you guys think maybe I have a vitamin deficiency or something? I miss caffeine :(

DL= 5 plate is pretty good
Sq= 4 plate is pretty good
BP= 4 Plate is pretty good
DB= 75lb+ is god tier
BB OHP=2 plate is pretty good
T-BAR= anything about 200lb is god tier
Any machine above 120lb is pretty good
Concentrated machines= 55lb + is pretty good
