Does anyone else experience them? I feel between 10 to 20 a day. I do not have any other symptoms, they just feel weird and a bit unconfortable. I've been to the cardiologist and I got a electrocardiogram and ultrasonography of my heart and she told me everything is fine and that it may be stress-related but I'm rarely feeling stressed. They haven't been happening forever, they started about 2 months ago and got more frequent.
Also, my muscles sometimes twitch and it can happen with any muscles. Any explanation for these?
I get twitches and I can feel my heart at times and get heart twinges from time to time. Was born with a heart defect that cleared up so I'm worried, despite a recent ECG coming back as normal

Ok fellas serious question, fat boy here im 6'1 and 220lbs. Im in school and have no money for a gym membership, but I do have a heavy bag, two 20lb dumbells, a beginner rowing machine and a stationary bike. Is the good enough equipment to get in shape on a cardio based program?
In all seriousness the journey of a 1000lbs starts with just the bar. Little things build over time, you can make it with no equipment if need be, you just need the right attitude.

Either eat more or stop running and focus on 5x5 90% of people who lift while on a caloric surplus should hit 3pl8 squats within a year. That's being incredibly generous and if you seriously train it shouldn't take more than four months to hit 3pl8s

Doing 2 extremely high risk exercises that don't yield any additional gains you couldn't get from safer exercises with virtually no injury risk like leg press and hyperextensions? Heck squats even suck as a leg builder, your leg gains are held back by your back strength.
