Is the effect of smoking weed on testosterone significant enough to actually make a noticeable difference in muscle from lifting?

Say your maintenance level calories is 3,500. If you eat enough protein, say 200 grams, around 100 grams of fat, and the rest carbs, would this make you fat? I know carbs aren't bad for you, just too much are like any other thing, but as long as you aren't going over your daily calories will you gain any fat since you are eating so many carbs?

I've been too busy with work, friends, college and student association to work out. Last saturday I worked out for the first time in two weeks and this week I have no spare 1,5 hours either.
As a result, my benchpress and push- and pullups have been stagnating for 4 months or so
I drink too much alcohol
I'm out of creatine but haven't the money for new at the moment
I have a home gym, but only 122kg so that's where my deadlift is stagnating. I now have to do deadlift for reps to get anything out of it

What can I do to relieve muscle tightness on my middle to upper back?
When buying a lacrosse ball is there anything good in particular or is it buy whatever's cheapest?

I want to strengthen my lower back because I've been having issues with squats and deadlifts.
I know isolation movements can't replace compounds. I'll be doing this in addition to compound lifts, not instead of them.
God tier machine. For years i was unable to "lay down" when i went to bed. 4 yrs on this machine i can power nap better than everyone else in my circle. Gonna go for my pro card this march!!! Wish me luck.

If its lower back pain you're dealing with buy a foam roller and/or lacrosse ball and foam roll and stretch
>glutes (this is probably what's causing your lower back pain)
