People irl tell me i'm a 7.5/10, but /fit/ always rates me 5-6.

My current girlfriend whom I've been with for over a year now, when I got together with her I had fucking awful cystic acne, scarring and just shitty skin/hair in general. Physically I was fit, but I looked like shit on the outside.

I hurt my lowerback and ankle which prevents me from deadlifting and traditionally training legs i came up with a more upper body exercise

Last thread reached limit - Oats thread.
How much oat is too much? I currently eat it for all 3 meals. I prepare it in boiled water and sometimes add a little protein, usually 3 ounces of chicken or tuna.
This is for a weight loss diet and not for bulking. The only side ffect I have really noticed is being dizzy when I stand sometimes and I only poop every 2 or 3 days (assume since I am burning fat rather than processing it). Otherwise the weight seems to be coming off. I dont weight myself but my clothes feel looser.

I have been reading about a high fat diet where you basically eat nothing but fats for a month, then switch to lean protein and your body is in such an insane fat burning mode it causes massive weight loss.
