I've never been on this board before, but I need some advice please. I have no back muscles. Well, no large or noticeable muscles so when I bend over or arch my back my spine pops out and shows like a row of anal beads under my shirt. How do I get, or what are some exercises I can do to build those muscles that run next to my spine?

ITT post what you eat throughout the week
milk-quart or 2 a day
raw green beans
chicken- usually some italian style but sometimes plain oven roasted
steak- maybe once a week
whole grain toast with butter
whole grain pasta
whole grain rice
raw carrots sometimes
full calorie monsters sometimes
this is pretty much all I've eaten for the past 6 months. gained 30 lbs and don't look any fatter. food is nutrition not enjoyment
I'm currently cutting, so this is what i eat.
Breakfast = oatmeal, two omega 3 pills, and one scope of whey 80 powder, and a cup of coffe.
Then i wait for 3-4 hours then i eat any kind of vegetables combined with a meat ( pork, chicken,tuna,salmon ). When i get back from the gym i need some carbs, so then i eat beanpasta, and chicken with broccoli. ( i use ketchup because the chicken is dry as fuck without oils ).
And two hours before bed i can eat meat with eggs and vegetables.
( i usually use spinach,onions,broccoli,parsley,garlic,peas, )
I also forgot to mention that before my workout i like to eat a fruit. I'm currently twenty years old, and i've ben on this diet for 2 weeks and i already lost 2.1 kilos.
I've done this diet before, but when i'm almosy ripped,i stop to train, and i binge up on food and candy, ive done this for the last 4 years. My biggest weight was when i were twelwe years old and weighed 113 kilos. Right now i weigh 87.9 kilos. My lowest weigh was 79.7. So this time.. for the fifth time i will try to stay lean, my inspirations is zyzz and scooby. If this thread is up tomorrow i'll show my current body. If anyone would like to see how much i messed up.

Name something fitness/health related that you believe is overrated or overhyped.
I mean, sure, you need to eat a certain amount of calories to lose or gain weight. Sure, you need to eat "good" food and avoid processed sugars and too many carbs and shit like that. But these people that go around counting every macro and micro, asking the waiters at restaurants for nutritional info on every dish, and having existential crises over egg yolks really piss me off.

Never had a problem getting it up...but have found that cardio and arm work have improved my performance in the sack dramatically. When i was a bit of a fat shit, i couldnt fuck hard for more than a minute at a time, would just get too tired and sweaty. Long story short I am training to be a scout sniper and I've run into somewhat of a road block. In order to perform at the top of my class I need to be able to run 20+ miles with a 50 lb ruck as well as my rifle and full cammies. The weight isn't the hard part actually, believe it or not.
