how many times do you workout in a week? i try to go 4 times but school is holding me back

Are ab workouts meme tier stuff? I personally have not met a single sub 10% bodyfat who doesn't have abs
Skeletors can have abs, but that doesn't mean they have great core strength. I don't believe body weight ab exercises add a lot to add strength, I really liked holding a dumbbell on my chest and doing sets of 15-20 sit-ups on the incline sit-up bench.
Tldr: core strength is important so do abdominal exercises.

I'm your typical NEET, virgin dropout. Failed my college studies, went NEET for three years, recently started lifting + nurse course.
Obviously, no female attention whatsoever. 120lbs dry, 5'10, at 21. Thank god I got my driving license.
I have a hard time eating a lot when I'm not doing shit, but it's even worse when I have my courses. Ate a bowl of oats in the morning, went to the chinese buffet and barely ate shit.

Men and women who compete in crossfit don't do it year round. Instead they do real programs.
There are plenty of videos and stories if injuries like guys getting paralyzed and shit

I'm going on a cruise soon and it's a dangerous combo: shit gym and endless food and booze. The boat gym doesn't have barbells because of waves and shit so it's just machines and maybe dumbbells up to 60 lbs. Does anyone know of any good machine workouts or other cruise survival tips? I'm going for maximum calorie burn because because I expect to be eating 5000 kcals a day.

Shoulder day always re-ignites a long term injury pain (avulsion fracture from several years ago), which in turn can affects chest/back day if not fully healed by the next days. Currently getting physio for it, but I don't want to completely leave delts alone because I consider it an important aesthetic muscle.
How does /fit/ incorporate shoulders into their routine? Should I do light shoulder work every day? Less weight more reps? How can I keep working shoulders and minimise injury? Any tips would be great
