I'm skinnyfag doing 5x5 and I noticed I'm not really doing much for my upper body. I added weighted dips and pullups as accessories but I feel like everything is working my legs which I honestly don't care too much about. Should I switch routine? I'm home gym so all I have are dumbells a barbell and pull up bar. Thanks for any help
Just do PPL, even if you only do the barbell exercises in SL 5x5, its better than being a T-Rex

Add more exercises for hypertrophy, but you'll still get strength gains with this schedule
hey guys I work roofing 10 hours a day on weekdays and train mma 5 days a week. by the time i get done with work and training i just get home and crash pretty much so there is no way I'm gonna be able to fit any lifting into my schedule. I was thinking i could hit the weights hard on the weekends and do an upper lower split on saturday and sunday when i don't have work. Is this too much? Is it bad to have no rest days? If its ok will be able to make decent gains on a 2 day split?

I used to lift a lot but now I gained 10 lbs of fat over the last month, and I want to be as lean as possible for the end of the month.
Would you recommend going to the gym twice a day? going to the gym everyday?

3 days of full body
1 day everything is compound 3x3 extremely heavy
2 days everything is 5x10, with two compounds and lots of accessory
Try it out its the best routine ever, I've never gained strength and size like this before
There is no specific routine you faggot
For 3x3 days I just do main lifts for each group (bench, squat, deads, etc.)
And for 5x10 I do primaries with whatever accessories I feel like, I just mix it up
Well it's a variation of daily undulating periodization. It's a good concept for intermediates but I personally like the rep ranges from all different days of DUP to be close to each other to target only strength or hypertrophy.

So, I have pretty bad Seborrheic Dermatitis. It's mostly on my scalp, I tried everything, the only thing that seems to help it for a couple of days is apple cider vinegar, mildly diluted. On the other hand,with or without ACV, my hair is falling out in spades, which terrifies me.
Since treating it topically can obviously be considered a failure, how would I go about treating it via diet change, internally? I don't drink soda or eat sweets or chips so I guess that's a start. I was thinking, should I just go like mostly vegetarian? Y'know, lots of fruits, vegetables, some whole grains, milk+eggs? Occasionally some turkey meat or something? Or do I need to eat something more..specialized?
