/fit/ will 200 push-ups per day give me a bigger chest?
Why aren't you bulking on uranium /fit/?
According to my calculations he should be able to break the 500kg deadlift barrier when he'd weigh about 185kg-200kg while using a belt and straps. He did 426kg@140kg. Would this estimation make sense? Would there some sort of natural strenght limit for us humans? Or is a 600+kg deadlift possible?
theoretically, but in reality training and bulking don't always necessarily lend the level of results we want them to. Benni and Hall are in with a good chance of making 500 though I think.
I don't think anyone will ever be able to deadlift 500 kilos. Although Konstantinovs is inhumanly strong, there are some more powerful than him. The current record is 463 kilos by Eddie Hall (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x5-mfOXF0i0), and there's a long to 500kg from that.
Man... motivation thread. Stories welcome.
Hi /fit/, i'm a poor fag and i was looking for cheap meals and with a high level of proteins and carbs, would do you guys recommend me what?
varies depending on where you live.
You might want to look at:
seeds (peanuts, sunflower ...)
dairy products (quark)
organs are awesome macros/price if you're into that kind of thing
Real talk here, no manlet hate, just real talk
Is there any point in a turbo manlet getting huge & jacked? Any time any of us manlets achieve amazing progress our progress pics just become /fit/ humor fodder and normies accuse us of compensating for something or having Napoleon complex.
Is it better for a manlet to just be thin and in respectable shape rather than aiming to be the stronkest and hugest guy in the gym? Are manlets like women in that their only goal should be "not fat"?
I am looking for best and tasty oatmeal recipe for breakfast, because it is really hard to eat it in normal ways
Where do you lift?
Specifically looking for gyms in Buffalo NY, most likely near Amherst or Getzville, but any info is appreciated
+24 hour card access
-No real barbells
-Programming varies significantly by franchise/owner
+Nobody bothers me
+.01 miles from apt
Fat as fatass here, about to start back lifting now that the gym isn't 45 min from the house
Big Wayne's just opened up a branch in my town
The Gym in Rock Hill was very nice
The owner is fucking jacked senpai
If you aren't training for a sport, you have no business doing over 30 minutes of cardio a day. An absolute waste of time.
While powerlifters and strongmen of similar weight are usually jacked.
Not a bait thread.
Hi /fit/, fat-fuck here.
I read the sticky and i know how to get rid of my fat. Problem is I can't stop eating snacks and drinking water didn't help me.
What to do?
>Problem is I can't stop eating snacks
Are you hungry? Fiber helps. If you eat out of enjoyment or boredom there really isn't anything you can do except not being a faggot with no willpower.
/fit/ i´m in deep trouble.
in august i was at 83kg bodyweight 1pl8 ohp / 2pl8 bp / 100kg squat / 140kg DL
and then i got sick and after i recovered i hurt myself and basically
i nearly weigh 70kgs now and haven´t been to the gym regularly for almost 4 months.
how to come back on my stats?
will i have to take the same time it took me when i made it the first time?
>recovering from injury/sickness general time out thread
>how to come back on my stats?
eat and lift
>will i have to take the same time it took me when i made it the first time?
i'm really not sure what kind of answers you were expecting
>Bench 2 per week
>make almost no chest gains
>have shoulder pain although good form
>start doing heavy weighted dips(inb4 fedora)
>only bench one time per week
Why is the Bench Press STILL so popular among bodybuilders and people who lift for size?
genetics. my chest has been pretty good since i started lifting and all i ever did was flat bench. tried dips later to get stronger triceps, but they only hurt my shoulders.
Why is the Weighted Dip STILL so popular among atheists?
Any legpressers with big legs here? Are squats just a meme?
