What is the laziest way to eat healthily?
I'm just getting into this and feel tired and like shit 24/7. I'm constantly studying and on the go and literally just want something I can fucking shove in my mouth that isn't horrible for me and leave. Preferably looking for something high protein and low carbs.
HARD MODE: I fucking hate salad.
Why did all my motivation for other things in life go away?
I only care about going to the gym and watching anime.
I honestly don't give a shit about women, socializing, or doing well in University. My grades are still good, but my drive is completely gone. What the hell?
Honestly considering joining the military at this point. But my family would disown me if I did.

It really depends on your lifestyle. My dad wore suits every day for like 40 years. He's retired now and doesn't even own a suit anymore, but he still works the formal all the time look with shirts, ties and sweaters.

Is this the most /fit/ way to wear a suit?
200mg of test cyp a week, so far it sucks, hair falling out, zits, retaining water and my nipples are hard and sore. This is not what I expected, what should I do? Just throw in the towel and hope I go back to having nips like a man?
Not extremely fat, 6'0" 175, but with a 39" medicine ball beer gut. I stopped drinking beer when I started TRT a month ago. I don't even know if I should blow the money on blood work or just stop and go back to a crappy quality of life living with testosterone around 250. If that's even where I'll be. The testosterone I got is a CVS Rx made by poo-in-loo "Sun Pharmacy" from India in cottonseed oil. Maybe that's the problem.

I was feeling particularly hungry for dinner and was thinking Id treat myself by going to Taco Bell so I looked up the nutrition for the things they had on the menu and realized that I have to drive over there, pay, sacrifice calories, and put on unnecessary carbohydrates just because I was too lazy to cook a decent meal for myself.

I've been looking for tracking software of this kind. I know there are tons of mobile apps and web apps that do this, but I would prefer a windows or linux version. Do they exist? I'm pretty good at keeping track of it on my own, but I feel like it would be more helpful to track your entire diet over time, so you can see in more detail what actually happens. Some of the mobile/web apps are pretty decent, lots are pretty shitty. I guess I'd just prefer to have pc software, however, any suggestions on mobile/web apps...

Weighted calf raises are the most useless exercise in history. Theyre not even a real exercise
Your calf is a muscle that moves your bodyweight a million times a day
3x10 on a calf raise machine or holding weights is going to do fuck all
Youre better off doing very high rep bodyweight raises

I do them on the smith machine, start at 1pl8 and just keep adding weight, set after set with short rests i don't even count. maybe like 4 or 5 sets in total. and do the sets to failure, until my calves are burning

Recently my friend took his life, in his suicide note he detailed that he wanted me to succeed etc..
One thing he wanted me to do was get fit, lose weight. I just can't find the motivation though.
No job, no money, I'm currently extremely depressed and can't get any energy to do anything.
When I run or do anything strenuous I get extremely sick, nauseous, and agitated. I just feel terrible for doing nothing, and I don't know how to start getting that motivation I need.
I found that going to a gym and doing cardio gave me energy I haven't had in years. I now wake up early in the day and actually have the will and energy to do shit in the day. Also it helped with my depression and anxiety, the sick feeling basically reduced to nothing afterwards. If you can find a way, I'd get a gym membership. It'll sound harsh, but don't do it for your friend who basically gave up, do it for yourself. You'll never succeed otherwise
What is a good routine for aesthetics and where can i find the appropriate diet for it as well?

I'm shopping around with free trials and specials currently and feeling like a gym vagrant.
(I am OP) I started lifting at the university gym, but it's like 45 minutes from home and I don't like making the journey more than I have to. Spent like 50 days at a local athletic club on free trial+special and liked that it had 8 cages, but it was 50/mo and fifteen minutes away. Currently on trial at local small gym that's like 5 min away and 30/mo idk if I'll stay or not.
How do you go from this
