My parents make so many excuses that i just avoid the topic of health all together.
My mother was able to convince herself that she shouldn't exercise because it makes her heart beat too quickly and gets her winded.
What's worse is my mom has Type 1 diabetes (juvenile) and refuses to eat healthy or at least try to take care of herself. But is constantly saying how she's going to start dieting.

I can not make progress on my bench. I've been stuck on 120 pounds for my bench for months and can't progress. I just can't bench more then this for the life of me no matter how hard I try. I'm eating enough and getting enough protein. Can you think of a reason why? The only reason I can think of is that I have a weak rotator cuff after an injury, do you think that is possibly not allowing me to progress?

I'd say epsom salts would do the trick. Whenever my feet hurt like fuck after biking I just put some in a tub of hot ass water and soak em for like 30 mins and then they're good.
