I mean healthy (i.e non-obese with good diet) but without any muscles. I have the feeling that have a slight compensation for sitting around all day for work is necessary, but anything above is purely aesthetical.
I can't drive and my mom won't take me to the gym because we got into an argument. I can't run there because its night and there are no sidewalks and it's illegal to run on the freeway. I'm actually suicidal right now. What do /fit/?
I don't know how to say sorry. Expressing emotion is hard for me. Even to my own mother. That's part of the reason we got into an argument in the first place. I plan on going on a trip from the end of May to the beginning of November.
How do I do this and not lose all my gains? I was planning on eating about one hundred grams of protein a day, eating at around maintenance, and five times a week doing dips and push ups. Will this be enough to minimise my gains lost? Unfortuanetly most of my sleep is either gonna be in youth hostel dorm rooms or on trains.
Any tips would be appreciated

Is this a good idea? In prison atm and I don't have access to any equipment. Was thinking of building up to doing 1000s of press ups and sit ups per day.

I'm going for a 26 minute run soon. 5 min warm up, 26 min running at 10kph and 5 min cool down. another 4 runs after that and i'll be at my 5k run goal, i can get to a full 30 min 5k now i think, but this steady progression program has taken me from 2k with a 190 heart rate, to over 4k with a 165 heart rate, so i'll stick to it.
Because really, if you can't run 5k in 30min, you can't actually call yourself fit can you?
