So I've been taking 800mg of ibuprofen after lifting. Is this bad?
I think it's probably true but for a tiny % that makes no major difference. I was just wondering if it's bad for my liver or something to take 800mg on a regular basis.
Not for your liver that much like APAP but it can cause stomach ulcers or some shit with extended use. The pain relief is probably placebo anyway, you can just not take them and probably fare better anyway.
What muscles are the most important for strenght ? Fuck looking good only to get laid you need to have some power in ya

>6 - 7 reps does not cause strength or size gains and causes a complete non-response to the training.
Don't lift for 8-12 unless you know you can make it to 8 reps.
If you do struggle, cut it short at 5 reps so you know you will at least get some strength gain instead of size.

>hurr durr gloves are for pussies!!
Why do some of you memetards keep spouting this shit? It is literally more comfortable for your hands, you dont get blisters or callus on your hands and the bar becomes less slippery from all the sweat.
Whats next? You guys throw out your matress too?
>hurr durr matresses are for pussies just sleep on a wooden plate
>hurr durr a soft couch in the livingroom is for pussies just use a wooden bench if you wanna chill in front of the tv
I used to wear gloves. I felt that, while comfortable, I actually had worse grip on the bar since the material tended to be less tacky that skin. And you would look retarded chalking up gloves. Maybe if you're really old and your skin starts getting brittle is excusable.
Im not trying to get huge but im kinda skinny with some fatty legs and i would like to get just some muscles in general, if i ride a bike to and from school about 20 minutes each way every week day will that be sufficient?
Only with a lot of hills. Biking is a good exercise for maintenance but of your trying to lose weight your going to need to be rising for hours a day. It is really efficient for traveling.
>yfw you realized that depression causes low test
gotta fix your head before you can fix your body anons
>Anon I don't understand why you spent so much time on fitness and watching your diet, live a little
