Okay, starting the thread last night after taking my painkiller was not the best way to share info.
I'm awake and only on ibuprofen right now, with nothing to do but rest and get fat. No work all week, no gym all month, maybe I'll get on the treadmill soon.
I had surgery to fix an inguinal hernia but upon opening me up, they found a femoral hernia. This is apparently a much rarer, more dangerous type.
I got it from genetics and lifting.

Shit really? cool. My biggest complaint about this is the near total lack of post-op info I was given. I was only told not to lift more than 5kg for a month and no contact sports for 3 weeks.

I exercise at home and I can only do flat or incline bench press but cant do decline. Which prevents me develop the lower chest so what can i do to work that lower chest area?
Which exercises would you suggest?
they both max at around 350 in decline
there are only 2 heads of chest: sternal and clavicular
flat bench hits both, but emphasis is put more on sternal chest
incline (and ohp to a lesser degree) hit clavicular chest a bit better
overall it won't make much difference untill you have decent mass and need only to refine it further
tldr focus on benching more and don't worry about small details

It's not a cure, but it is a treatment. In combination with medication, cognitive behavioural therapy and a decent support network exercise and diet can make a big difference to how you feel.

I need foods high in protein that I don't need to cook or keep refridgerated. I was eating about 4 cans of tuna and protein shakes but my doctor told me I'm showing signs of mercury poisoning without me telling him I eat a duck ton of tuna.

I'm interested in running an EC stack once I start cutting in a few months. However, I was wondering if adderall could be used an an effective substitute. I've been prescribed adderall since I was 10 years old for ADHD. So /fit/, could adderall be used as an effective substitute?
Yeah adderall would just be a much stronger version of ec.
From my experience ec doesn't really do much for the metabolism it's really useful in suppressing appetite which adderall is obviously much better at.
What's your resting heart rate, /fit/? Mine's around 80 bpm.
I found out that squats wasn't enough to bring mine down so I've started doing cardio on rest days.

Start cutting. Being skinnyfat and bulking is a bad idea in the first place as you will only be fat for the longest time until you cut. Start cutting until you have a below average amout of fat and then slowly start bulking again.
I have the same problem my stomach is getting huge tried cutting at 1500 kcal but didint notice anything more than progress stalling (1 month). Now im eating 3000 kcal a day again and my stats are going up but my stomach is just out of control.
Have always had a problem with my stomach, its basically the only place where i have fat.
