I'm good. Doing 5/3/1. Squats was saturday night, ohp today. Slept all fucking day sunday. Two 50 hour weeks must have made me lazy, but ive got some overtime coming on my next check. Flirted with lots of cashiers black friday.
I was born with the worst type of genetic build which is skinny fat. I am pretty athletic and i play football and run track and over some years i think have burned off a good amount of my love handles. What else can i do to get rid of them for good.

Literally only the cardio in this workout is a pain, the pushups etc are easy as fuck and literally give you no gains once you can do them (day 1).
Basically this workout is crap unless you want to be really good at cardio and not be strong or big

You don't know whether to cut or bulk.
You bulk. Because cutting requires you to have muscles, which skinnyfats don't have. Worst starting physique is fatass because if he bulks and fucks up or gets injured he ends up as a hambeast.

i think lots of people wonder why x won't grow/get bigger and they look at their routine like there's something wrong but it's most likely that you haven't been training long enough. you're probably not going to see too drastic of a change with anything less than a year of training. most likely you'll need several years.
