I want to be a strongman. I want to compete in a big strongman competition one day. What are the best exercised to do without much strongman equipment?
Pretty much all the big compound lifts. Unlike powerlifting, where its about being as good as possible on the core three lifts, strongman is about being good in just about any heavy lift (although obviously individuals have preferences as to which ones they think help them the most).
Lots of squatting, deadlifting and pressing in various rep ranges and lots of variation in which sort of squatting, deadlifting and pressing you're doing. Plus rows, chins, bench and so on.

Why don't you eat only whole foods? Sure, in terms of weight the only thing that matters is an energy deficit/surplus, however there are a plethora of benefits to eating ingredients rather than packaged rubbish.

Pull/chin ups are good.
IMO you need weights for chest and legs and proper arms. Working abs without weights is tedious as fuck.
You should also train your back.

Is it possible for girls to get the same kind of breast gains as ass gains? Bulking and squatting can give any girl a decent ass and since boob is mostly fat, this would make sense, right? I'm aware of the fact grills can't exercise their breast, but still...
You can do some chest work to make the pecs a bigger shelf for the breast to sit on, and maybe some rows/rear delt work to improve posture and make them stick out a bit more. But boobs = fat and ass = muscle + fat, so you'll never get the same results as glute training. Plus, girls add fat in different ways and while some have fat go straight to their tits (these are the ones you marry), others have it go elsewhere and may just look gross

Read the sticky, cut shitty food and drinks out completely, start by walking or cycling then once you've dropped enough weight start lifting and running. You're extremely overweight, so the best thing you could probably do is seek professional help..
