Fatass here. Basically I weigh 320lbs right now, down from 332 in two weeks. I have been eating 1500 calories a day and drinking water.
My question is, will I loose weight quicker if I stop drinking water? I heard about water weight and how it makes people weigh more. If I stop drinking water and drink like diet soda, then will I lose more weight quicker?

Eh, its just kinda a ballpark figure based on how long you lift and how hard you lift. It wont be perfectly accurate so you need to pay attention to your progress both fat loss and muscle built and adjust accordingly.

What are your thoughts on this? I've been doing SL5x5 for a few months and I've been making okay progress but I've heard it's too heavy on the lower body and light on your upper body. It appeals to me because of its simplicity though, I don't think I could commit to those 6 day programs and I'm doing this all in a home gym where I only have a bench, rack, barbell, weights, pullup bar and dip bars. If my goals are aesthetics, is pic related any better or should I stick with what I'm doing?

Imo phrak's is the ultimate novice routine, people are autistic about changing routines but honestly it isnt a real concern, as long as it is an improvement.
I would add side lateral raise on ohp day, and accessory of choice on bench day (forearm work, trap work, calf work, whatever)

Yes and no. If they're all you do, then yeah. You're not going to get massive. They're also not mandatory. But I have seen great results using basically just them and high volume weighted chins for my back.

I'm twenty years old and I have forehead lines. I think it's because of how much I move my eyebrows, but I do it pretty much involuntarily. Is there anything I can do about this? Is it even worth doing something about? How likely are girls to be turned off by it?
Im 24 with the same thing, girls just think you're a year or two older than you are. If you're worried about it you could start using lotion a few times a day but it will only reduce them a little.

Any tips for dental gains?
Idk it's what my dentist told me. I know that some toothpastes advertise that they have more fluoride or that they are "enamel hardening". Those ones tend to use different (and I think better) ingredients. You can tell the difference because they have a much thicker, more mineral-y texture in your mouth.
I recommend Tom's or Pronamel toothpaste and ACT fluoride rinse. That's the shit I use anyways.
Haven't had a cavity or tooth pain in years.
I've tried lurking here trying to make sense of the autism. Let me make it simple for you:
Eat healthy. Incorporate hard work into your daily routine.
Here's what I do:
1) Work: bricklaying. Equiv of lifting. Bonus, get paid.
2) Going to shops: cycle instead of drive. Equiv of cardio. Bonus, save $ on petrol + enjoy the scenery.
3) Boxing: Equiv various. Bonus, learn to defend myself.
Then eating healthy is ensuring that you avoid soft drink, get plenty of pastry, fruit, meat, dairy, and veg.
It becomes automatic - no planning...

/fit, what is the point of being built if we look hagard af. With this, I ask you, what is the best way to retain our youthful faces? I wanna look 20 when I'm 40, I want to have youthful looking skin for as long as I can and I figure taking precautions now is the best thing to do.

I hear sunscreen is good to protect from the suns UV rays, apparently they age your skin or some shit.
Get good sleep.
Cut out caffeine use.
DRINK MORE WATER(this is the most important one)
Do not use any soaps or shampoos or facewashes, these are filled with chemical crap that should not be on your skin.
Clean your face with water only daily.
Do not touch your face too much.
Dont eat red meat.
Do all this and your skin should stay pretty.
Also dont use sunblock or sunscreen, they are also filled with chemicals which are not good for your skin and endocrine system.
When its summer get your skin used to the sun by tanning for short periods of time.
Stay in the sun for longer and longer untill ypu have got a nice tan.
Now you wont need sunscreen anymore.

Red pill me on Creatine. How much should I take? Should I take it every single day? Or just days where I weight lift? How much should I take in grams? Is it safe to take this with Adderall? Is it a meme?
