When I tried to get my testosterone levels checked, by doctor told me that I didn't have a good reason to. Apparently they vary too much, so comparing my levels now (I have been eating, sleeping, and exercising poorly for the past three months) with my levels in a few months of living healthy wouldn't tell me anything, unless they were outside of the normal range, which seems pretty large.
Is my doctor right? And would I not notice any difference if I went from 300 ng/dL to 800 ng/dL?

What's a good starting routine for skinnyfat guys? According to google, SS does no good because even though your strength will go up, the aesthetics will go down by a lot.

I shit out two pebbles this morning and my ass fucking hurts. I still feel like I have to shit, but I can't. I ate a fiber one bar earlier, and before going to bed I had three slices of pizza, and for lunch yesterday I had a burrito. Idk how I can even be constipated after eating all the food that usually makes me shit. What do I do?
I got a clock, that also works as a thermometer, scales and portrait holder. I leave it in the kitchen, so I can time stuff that I leave cooking, but I need a good and strong picture to look at every morning.
Can /fit/ help?
