When I did it I added 3x10 dips on bench day and 3x10 pullups on deadlift day. I also think squatting 3x a week is overkill unless you really want a big squat, so you could switch out squats on wednesday and add in some extra arm/shoulder work instead...

dips and chins 3x5 both days
if you want more shoulders do lateral raises on a day and wide elbow rows/ face pulls on b day
if you want more arms then do tricep push down/ skull crushers and chins/ bicep curls

Sup /fit/ I injures my back yestersay doing cable rows, I originally injured it a few months ago doing barbell rows parallel to the ground when I felt a pulling on my back and I dropped the barbell and my lower trap was in pain. I thought it was a muscle strain or something so I left it and didn't do any rowing movements for a few weeks and I did some cable rows yesterday and it came back. It hurts the lowest part of the trap where it connects to the lat and I also kinda feel it inside a bit kinda feels like my lungs. Pls help

If you are referring to whether I work out or not, I do. You should have just seen what I looked like before hand. I gained 15 kgs in a year and a bit. I was complete skelly before hand. My lifts dont look bad now either, compared to people in my gym.
