While I'm here are my chest gains noticeable at all? I've mostly just been benching and curling. I ask this b/c I went from benching 130 pounds to 180 pounds in the last 9 months, and I want to know if that's impressive at all.

I'm maintaining on about 2900 calories a day.
My current macros are:
80 grams Fat
400 grams Carbs
150 grams Protein
I've read that 1.7 grams of protein per kilogram body weight is enough protein for athletes.
I weigh 180 lbs or 81.65 kg which means I should consume 139 grams of protein.
Am I consuming too many carbs? I don't see many guys eating as many carbs as I do. Most guys either go higher fat or higher protein.
