I did quit alcohol 2 weeks ago
the results have been amazing so far, lower bf %, breaking PRs, not depressed anymore, waking up fresh in the morning.
Alcohol is a poison and you can only quit cold turkey. And the good news is it's only gonna suck for the first 3 days or so.

If you wern't on late yesterday, you missed an amazing thread about the effects of cardio on weight loss. This was the first time I have ever learned something from /fit/.
Basically random anon explained why cardio is very ineffective at causing weight loss. Everyone needs to read this. I Did a lot of research in disbelief afterwards, but I am now a believer.....

Hey OP, how about you try ending your lifting sessions with 30minutes of high intensity cardio. Do this for just one week and that might help you get that stupid idea out of your head.
Cardio is god-tier for losing weight and overall health, you've fallen for the "cardio kills gains" meme.

How do you start losing weight when you weigh over 200kg? I tried jogging but it destroyed my knee joints, there's just too much weight, I have zero flexibility. At a loss for what kind of exercise is actually practical for a guy my size.

Why do people cycle test?
I mean, after you stop, even with pct your balls will be smaller than normal so your test production will be even lower than a natural fag. Which means you will lose your gains until your balls have grown again/start another cycle.

people cycle it to get used to roids, sides and the like. also mistakes won't destroy your body as bad as doing them while cruising. take it as testing the waters
Brehs I might have to undergo an accutane treatment in the near future and I heard it might cause terrible joint pain. I'm doing SL and it's going really well, I don't want to have to fucking quit it.
