I'm a skinny(140 pounds 6'1) and want to get more strength. Sticky recomended it, but after further reading it seems not to be legit or something, gets alot of hate.
What's your thoughts?

Goddammit you're 140lbs and 6'1", literally any type of routine that actually uses a standard rep scheme and some incremental increase in weight for each lift every two weeks or even one week, will help you. I mean, at your build currently, ANYTHING, WILL HELP.
Yes, SS is fine, it's good for beginners and establishes a routine using strength building lifts. Also, fucking eat something.

Throwing in some more exercises when cutting can't be a bad idea, right, so long as you don't go overboard? More exercises = more calories burned

Why is subway not a major part of your cutting plan? A twelve inch subway only has 550 cals. I could eat two to three of those a day Jonah Hill style
The 6g of fat subs are actually pretty good if you load up on the vegetables, get the high fibre bread and no cheese, low fat sauce, etc. It's good on the calories.
You could also opt to eat these on refeed days, etc.

So I became obsessed with wrist exercises since my hand is awfully skinny, I've been doing them now for almost 3 months.
Also I have a hobby - I play the bass guitar almost every day.
So here's the deal - about a month after I began doing wrist exercises, i noticed that it became harder for me to perform some techniques on bass, nothing hurts really, just feels kinda uncomfortable. Could there be any connection?

How much will peaking for this comp affect peaking for Rio? Grand Prix is over, so after Worlds the next real test will be the olympics, but it's more than half a year away. Yet a couple people have said that preparing for this would throw off some lifters next olympics if they could instead spend the peaking cycle doing more training.
