How come I run without any problems on a treadmill but outside I struggle to reach my goal? I can't even run without stopping outside, need to take a walking break like 5 to 10 times. But on the treadmill I run without problems and could even go faster to reach my goal.
Thanks for the advice
Because on a treadmill you are only working to keep yourself in-place whereas out in the open you must work harder to push forward. Plus, a treadmill, being flat and textured gives you more grip and all that
But what would I know I'm just a kid
Short answer: Treadmills are easier
On a treadmill elevation doesn't change as much, plus you get constant feedback on speed etc. Also, I may be wrong here, but I feel in treadmills that less forward force is required so it makes running seem easier.
The ground moves for you on a treadmill. You have to push harder off of the ground outside to push yourself forward. When running on a treadmill run at a 2% incline. This will simulate the energy you need to run on stationary ground.
Which protein powder flavor gives the most gains? I've been bulking on cookies and cream and it seems to be working but I was thinking of changing to chocolate
Yes, keep buying our Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% whey! Remember, you won't get the beach bodies all the ladies love without it!
are you still this new? lmao you probably still visit bodybuilding.com misc and fitnness section on reddit
keep on buying your $30 protein, your $25 amino acids and your $50 preworkout while your only motivation is that your arms are finally 16 inches
Why do all lifters talk about "PRs" and shit like if it was such a great achievement in lifting. Lifting is not difficult at all. All you have to do is continue lifting and eating right to PR. Sure you'll reach a point one day where you just can't lift more weight but that's the human limit. (Ex. 1000lbs) Even if you do reach that point what use is being able to say bench that much.
Running a mile even if its just 10sec faster than last time is a true PR. Because it can take a months worth of training just for a 5sec increase. Or finishing a triathlon...

well, i guess i could give you a 3/10, based on the fact that /fit/ will probably get roped in by this. but /fit/ ain't what it used to be.
i'll give you a 1.5/10. that's the best i can do, that's all you deserve.
>end up sustaining ~110bpm when my resting is 63
>am always super sweaty by the end
>he never breathes hard or sweats through the entire thing ever
How do I make him sweat, /fit/? I mean I know that he's more fit than me, being that his resting bpm is 56 and he can lift so much more than me. And he obviously enjoys the activity, but I feel that he would enjoy it more if it were physically strenuous...

Does any one on /fit/ know a good full body bodyweight routine?
>inb4 just lift faggot
I would but I'm a boxer and I'm trying to utilize a proper routine that will target everything. Thanks!
Steroids increase your probability of having several mental disorders. Does anyone have any emotional experiences dating a non-natty chick?
I'm gesticulating, but I think it can just bring about latent disorders or exacerbate and grow pre-existing ones.
For example, the level of body-dismorphia or general dissatisfaction with one's self that is necessary for a woman to want to go non-natty will often be high. It's like how heavily tattooed chicks tend to be a bit crazy. It's not 100%, but its something strong like, 75%.
What's more important for boxing? Deadlift or squats?
> How to Superhero Physique?
Do you bulk hard then cut or slow bulk up?
Is it possible for someone whose 6'5"?
How important are Squats to achieving this, no bullshit?
> Assuming this isn't Chris Hemsworth with a pump and perfect lighting and that he is natty
Here's me. What do?
How do I get this body
Current weight 195 lbs
Current height 6'2"
Cut or bulk?
Why did I get cursed with such shitty genes?
What body type is /fit/
Does anyone have advice on excercises that doesn't stress the lower back at all? I had a severe herniated disc a few years back and needed surgery. The surgeon basically said I shouldn't lift anything heavier than 10kg for the rest of my life, which obviously severely limits what kind of lifting I can do. Should I just accept that there are some muscle groups I won't be able to train?
>Should I just accept that there are some muscle groups I won't be able to train?
You can train everything, but confined to machines and benches. No squats and have a PT with an actual degree draw for you a routine.
i have spondyolthesis or how ever you spell it.Had also really bad sciatic pain.now its all gone been lifting for years and juice.Trick is that i always use belts for any workout.only limit is no deadlifts or front squat
