I'm 5'8 and 132 lbs, I've always been eating a breakfast, 2 meals and random shit like cereal or sandwiches between my meals and I've stayed 130-132 (132 at most).

How do I get a body like pic related that is endurant, lots of strenght and at the same time big? I am tired of training mindlesly, without any goals. Been training for 3 years and didn't even gain 1lbs but I became substantially stronger and endurant.
Some programs suggestions where I gain lots of mass/strenght while still making some cardio gains? Meal plans going along this program?

Bulk or carry on cutting? 5'7" 63 kgs.
Currently cutting on a 3x a week fullbody, planning on moving on to an upper lower when bulking.
Been lifting for 6 months with very good consistency in the gym but very poor attention to diet which has really held me back. The lack of muscle mass here is due to multiple dreamer dirty bulks and slow cuts expecting muscle.
I want to reverse this shit /fit/, was thinking of dropping another 3-4kgs to get to skelly mode as long as my lifts don't suffer then slow bulk at 300-500 calories as described above

I don't have a good body. All I have are other characteristics and traits.
I love music and film and reading ("the arts" in general). I'm well educated and well cultured. I like cycling a lot.
I got a stationary bike and I used it for the first time today and holy fucking shit my taint hurts. I planned to use it while I watch my tv shows so it would be about 45 minutes of it but I only managed to make it to 20 minutes and my crotch is sore and throbbing. How do other people do this? Do I just lose feeling down there after a while?

Do stationary bikes work different from normal bikes? I've never experienced this in all my riding years.
Maybe stand on the bike? Can pedal faster anyway.
They also make padded cycling shorts, but thats stupid for a fake bike.
it's just uncomfortable especially if you've never done it before. try standing up to pedal for a while every few minutes to take the pressure off, and if it persists for a few weeks you can look into getting a different seat

At gym doing weighted pull-ups and guy working out next to me doing cable shit gets under the pullup bars and tells me to go lift in the machine area like wut? I tell him Im here and hes there and hes like are you sure about that and Im like yeah. He goes what are you going to do about it? More to the story just curious how you would handle a welterweight 6ft tall pretty boy at the gym at 1am? Keep in mind hes in your way so you can't just ignore him and do your workout which is what I would of done if it was possible.
Try to be objective with him about Im here your there he says what you gonna do about it so I say lets take it outside. I go to the gym. Since I've begun two months ago a lot of my mental anguish I've had for years has disappeared. Basically I've been putting all that wasted energy of worry and regret into gains, and I've become a better, healthier person because of it. It won't cure you of depression necessarily, but it'll put you on the right track.
If you're already doing that, I don't know.
