if you were a star athlete would you have the confidence to pose for espn body issue? i just recently saw these didnt know so many athletes posed for it.

Are there any substitutes for Chin-ups/Pull-ups? I started recently going to the gym and everything was going fine until I realized there wasn't a fucking pull-up bar.

Wash your face at least once, preferably twice a day (if twice a day dries your skin too much just rinse the second time) change your pillow case often. And mosturize! Even if you have oily skin use a good non comedegenic lotion on your face every time you wash or rinse.

I've been lifting for around a year, but when I started I didn't know that apparently it's a good idea to do SS, Reg Park, SL or whatever. I've just been doing PPL or Upper/Lower this whole time. Does this mean that if I did one of those beginner routines now it could benefit me like it does a beginner?
What are your height/weight stats and have you been applying the progressive overload principles during the last year?
The only thing that makes the novice routines optimal is that they're more time efficient for the gains that are possible to new lifters.
