I started losing weight at 137kg (302 pounds) and after 3 months of exercise and diet I am currently at 111kg (244 pounds).
Recently I have become concerned with loose skin and was wondering how to avoid it (if it is even avoidable at this point). Is my pace too fast? Was loose skin even avoidable at 302 pounds regardless of pace?
You can avoid it with slower pace. Maybe half of what your initial pace was. Also building muscle on a heavy cut is harder. You're better off going slowly while filling up the space.
I'm relatively new to lifting and what not. I've been doing a routine every day for a month and a half now and started noticing decreased gains. What should I change to have more noticeable growth? I do arms and chest one day shoulders and back the second day and legs the third. I take a pre workout and whey protein/ creative post workout. No days off

Hello, I'm looking for the best shoulder isolations. I already do OHP. Upright rows I have been told are quite dangerous in the long run and side lats to front raise cause this clicking sound in my left shoulder which does cause some discomfort. I only have a bench, barbell and dumbbells and no access to an actual gym
Benches/OHPs, lateral rises and pull ups/rows are the only things you need for building nice shoulders.
