Recently I've started dead lifting for the first time and squatting both with very low weight but high reps.
Is this a good method of rehab? I've also been stretching a lot .

honestly i wouldn't do any hard work with my back if I had a bulging disc, nevertheless keep your form really tight and don't do some heavy ass weights, stretch your shit out and consult a sport doctor or the internet about this (not 4chan).

I've been working out for quite some time now (a few years) and i have seen my lifts go up drastically, but I see no visible changes in muscle mass (athletic build, haven't seen increases though).
For example, I squat 350 for 10, but my quads look just like they did when I first began working out
I don't take anything besides protein shakes after workouts and a high protein diet
What should I do? What am I doing wrong?

I started at 13 and it didn't stunt my growth at all, if that's what you were alluding to by mentioning your manlet status. In fact, since resistance training can boost HGH production, I tend to suspect it makes you taller if anything. That's provided you don't do anything stupid and herniate multiple discs, et cetera.

25th of august I tore my muscles and tendons in my shoulders when benching.
Few weeks later I got surgery, which went well. I've healed for 2,5 months now. Started lifting again, but how do I proceed the best with this injury? How should I train?

Have fun, drink a little but not a lot, get to know some cool guys and find a nice lady or two to have some fun with. Just relax, don't drop too much spaghetti, and don't get too fucked up and you'll have a good time.
Alcohol is social lubricant.
Drink until you feel comfortable talking with people you don't know
But don't over do it.
Keep track of how drunk you're getting.
Definitely eat something before hand.
Liquor has a much higher alcohol content so don't do too many shots.
1 shot ~= 12oz of beer
Occasional drinks are fine. Just don't do it regularly.
