Does anyone use a 'fitness tracker' bracelet or similar? Saw a lot of people getting them for Christmas but it seemed to be largely normies. Are there any brands/models that are actually any good for tracking heart rate (while active) and sleep? Those are the two that I'd actually be interested in, who gives a shit how many steps they walk in a day apart from your auntie Gina.
I use the Charge HR which constantly measures your Heart Rate and Calories Burned. Has really helped to calculate more accurate macros and my metabolic rate. Also, measures your sleep which is interesting to me.
I'd recommend it, but its probably not game changing stuff.
Post the most aesthetically pleasing pic of yourself ITT. I know not all of us have ladies this V-Day (OP included) so let's see the gains you couldn't show off today!

One of the biggest misconceptions about the deadlift is actually how the bar is supported by your fingers.
Many people have this idea that the bar is supposed to be held by a completely closed hand. This would have the bar be supported by proximal phalanx. However, if you point your fist straight down with a neutral wrist, you will see that your proximal phalanx is actually not 90 degrees with the floor. For the bar to be supporter by them, your wrist would actually need to be in a flexed position, and that is simply not mechanically efficient (and your body will naturally...

While the supine grip is actually weaker when it comes to grip strength, by having one of your hands be in a supine position you add more stability to the grip because the supinated hand is "pressing" the bar against the pronated hand (and vice-versa). In a weird way of making an analogy, it's like "adding a bigger thumb" to your grip. The bar is gonna "want to" slip backwards from the pronated hand, and forwards from the supinated hand - and thus have more stability because the supinated hand keeps the bar from slipping backwards, and the...

This is a small "preview" of a big deadlift thread I'm writing.
Hope this is an interesting read, and somewhat useful to some of you.
How's everyone's cut going?
I'm cutting before I do my bulk, mainly cause I go on holidays shortly and wanted to cut down to 10-12 percent fat before I bulk up.
One thing I've noticed is that if you need to lose more than you think you do. It's fucked. Hold all my weight on my cut. 6'1", 76kg and still cutting. Anyone else experience this too?
Anyway, cutting general.
Thinking of starting my cut when next month begins. Will weigh in around 85kg/187 pounds. I'm not that fat but there's some on the thighs and on the belly. Would you say I should cut or just keep gaining? Also, is it true that once your finishing your cut and are where you wanna be you'll look bigger than before because of the "enhanced" muscle definition or is that just bullshit?
post, r8, h8
Same as always.
I would have added Every One Piece girls if I had the place but...
> Strongest person in the universe
> 175 cm tall
Give me one reason 5'9" isn't the ideal height for a male
Protip : You can't
Because the manlet mindset is to use childrens cartoons to justify being short
>"ehuu guhhhh hnnnng guuuh euuuukkk"
>slams weight down
>thinks he's hot shit
>for squatting 2pl8
yeah, congrats, now shut the fuck up retard, real men are lifting real weights here
He's going through as much effort as you are. His muscles are weaker than yours but his work is worthy of respect. He's improving.
Fuck off, OP.
So I heard about this autism projector and curiosity got the better of me. Yes, he really does seem like an edgelord faggot, and I've watched the interviews where he is proud to be a sociopath, but how much of what he says is actual bullshit and how much is just uncomfortable truths rustling jimmies? Often when someone is met with such extreme hate AND adoration, it's because they're saying something compelling but also ruining another group of peapples belief system
Realistically, is it actually possible to build a decent physique (by normie standards) and be healthy? He talks about why men should go vegan and cites research showing test levels don't vary between meat eaters and vegans, also talks about going high carb etc.
Can anyone shed light on this? Also how big do vegans get when they're not on roids? All of the people this guy cites on his page clearly roid, pic related
Vegans have no disadvantage to gaining size and mass, its pretty easy to hit your macros off plant foods alone. Some plant foods (seitan, hemp milk, tofu) are ridiculously high in protein.
