im guilty...i canbut bench 365 with no spot and i can squat around 335 atg no spot...........be honest how many in same boat?
I used to bench/squat 140/140kg @ 93kg, then I hurt my shoulder in 2014 and I'm at ??/200kg nowadays

Is 80 milimeters of alcohol considered "moderate" if I weight 180 pounds?
I'm drinking 3 of this fuckers at night and just that, but I gotta go to the gym right now and it's 2pm.
How much alcohol is "ok" after a workout? Gotta go today and tomorrow.
I've tried quitting alcohol altogether, and I've managed to quit hard liquour, but quitting beers is hard.
So, /fit/, I've lost 90 lbs (originally 350) by diet alone in the last year, and I'm beginning to workout regularly. I want to get strong/built, but I want to be fast, as well. I don't want to body build.
Here's my Strength day:
3 reps of all of this:
5 chair assisted pullups (I'm slowly using less weight)
15 second plank
And on my cardio days I'm doing 20 minutes of jogging, with some sprinting to practice going faster.
Eventually I want to go way harder, but I'm fairly weak....
