Got GABA from a local store ~2 months ago
I got diagnosed with ADHD and since i am taking GABA i dont need Medikinet anymore.
(Studies show that almost all Kids with ADHD suffer a GABA deficity)
Sleep ranges from 7-9 hours and ist definitly deeper
Would strongly recommend it to support a proer Recovery, even if you are not affected from ADHD or sth.

Everytime I lift, feel like I'm consuming energy for nothing. Sure, this consumption helps my body in a lot of ways, but what I mean is that the energy created could be used to recharge batteries for example.
So first, I would like to study energy created by lifting a weight.

So /fit/, assuming it is possible to store this energy, what would be a good routine to created as much as possible ?
Obviously, the parameters are :
- the mass m
- the height L
- number of rep

The goal of this is to see if there is a point in trying to collect energy during your regular lifting session.

Barely any progress. In the second pic there seem to be 0.0004% less tits but 0.003% more belly; as a matter of fact, you could have taken these photos the same day, with different lighting, after a shave.

how do i lose weight around this area guys, everything else is ok at this stage but whenever i wear my speedos or lifeguard shorts this bit always bulges out a bit more and id like to trim it down

Does weightlifting or cardio burn more fat? What about HIIT cardio vs HIIT weightlifting, or a combination of the two.
This is assuming the subject is eating the proper diet to get the best results.

Hey /fit/. I'm somehow in a problem. My arms are not the same in the triceps and biceps. Should I like stop the lifting in the right arm or do I just continue lifting in both but just put more in the left?
