I'm doing SS but when I do bench press (after my 3x5 squats) my arms shake a lot and I can't control correctly the weight.
Yesterday I did 1x5 DL (mixed grip. I can't hold the bar correctly if overhand grip at 2pl8) with 2pl8. It hard effort for me, I think my back is alright but the guys there -impressed of my lift- suggested me to start using a belt to prevent back injuries.
I failed doing BP. What's wrong with me? My arms shake a lot after my squat session. Should I take more rest time?

I am on a weight loss plan and eat oat for all 3 meals. Is there too much oat possible? Do not want to die of oat bloat.

Been in therapy for about 12 months and doc suggested these. I'm anxious and depressed and talk therapy alone isn't cutting it.
I drink around 4-5 liters of water a day to stay hydrated. And most of the time, my stomach is so full of water that it makes my stomach appear fat.

the truth is that water having no energy is a lie. even in the cleanest water there are billions of bacteria and other single-celled organism you digest and will make you fat. estimates are that 1 liter of water has around 200kcal.

If you can't squat 3 plate for full sets
If you can't OHP 1 plate for full sets
If you can't diddly 4 plate for reps
If you can't do pull ROM pull ups
If you can't do weighted full ROM dips
You are not /fit/ and need to stop posting until you can.
If you do anything but lift weights you need to get out entirely and go to reddit because you will never be fit
