Am I the only who's slowly gravitating towards a non-meat based diet? I'm going on a strict clean bulk diet, and I've noticed that a diet with lots of veggies/non-meat protein foods are so much more filling and tasty than regular foods.
Also, a lot of the tastiest shit I had is "bad" for you. Bacon with no nitrates? Enjoy your sodium mountain. Red meat? Top kek. So on and so forth. Really the only things still good are chicken and milk.
Veggies, on the other hand, are incredibly low in calories so you can stuff yourself and still eat later,...

depends how tall you are and if you have a naturally small waist with broad wide shoulders you dont need roids to look good man unless your like 6"2" + in height eat hard train hard and time will tell.

I'm trying to figure out a good deficit for weight loss, but every formula I use returns wildly different numbers for my daily maintenance intake.
I'm 6'4, 205 pounds, 29 years old. Light activity (office job with lots of running around between workstations). MyFitnessPal tells me my daily requirement is 2100 before deficits. Other sites tell me it's 2500, 2900, 3100, one site quoted me 1900(???).
What in the everloving hell is an actually reasonable middle ground out of all these? Should I just stick with 2500 as assumption and...

I'm a kinesiology major, I also have our most updated bmr calculation equations (there's 2 major acceptable ones atm) but I'm obviously not gonna do it for some fag online cause its long as fuck.

As someone who is also 5'9 but requires many calories, try 3000 at first and up your intake by 100 calories every week or every other week until you're gaining about half a lb a week. For me that point was around 3,500 calories
