I'm 6'4" 230 pounds, just started lifting this week and I can only bench 90 lbs. Do I have muscular dystrophy or something? Pic related, it's me

No it just seems like you've never done a specific exercise before and you are new to the movement and activating your muscle fibers to press up a weight.
SO how quickly should I expect to progress? Because I go to a gym in a college town where 90% of the dudes there are lifting fucking vending machines so I feel like a faget lifting 90 lbs

I've seen people talk about how good eggs are if you're trying to get good protein in and some people say to eat like 4 hard boiled eggs a day. But if I eat 2 servings of pic related each day will this be good enough? I hate hard boiled eggs
Scrambled is fine. The reason why hard boiled is popular is because it's super easy to make them in giant batches, they keep well in the fridge, and people tend to put less salt on them than say... scrambled.
Proton-wise it makes no difference.

OK so here's the deal. I'm 23 years old, 120 pounds and I'm 5'8. I'm trying to put on weight, but I'm fucking poor so I can't really buy good stuff like steak. I'm starting at the gym next month, my friends are bodybuilders and they said they would train me, but obviously I need to buy my food on my own. What can I do to gain weight? I'm going to buy ensure + and a protein powder to supplement my diet as well. Any tips guys?

Yes it's possible, but you don't have to get fat as shit to do it.
The only people that can get away with the ridiculous go mad diet are teenage boys because they have high metabolism and shitloads of natural test.
