How much do you power clean? As much as OHP? Bench? Was it hard to learn?
Are you redpilled on fitness >science?
Did you know that fitness corporations make billions of dollars each year by selling you shitty products that have zero scientific evidence.
>HUUR DURR MY CREATINE
Yes, creatine works, but that’s about the only one of your 500 supplements with scientific evidence to back it up.
Did you know that fitness corporations lobby anti-obesity >science? This is to shame people of size into buying their shitty products.
You call fatties stupid, yet you are all on the same level.
Pic related, some real science that gets buried and ignored because it’s not profitable
I don't use any ''fitness products'' except for my wl shoes.
I don't care which party lobbies for anti-obesity. Just like I don't care which party lobbies for anti-cancer. Fat shaming is a good thing.
Who do you think bury your >real >science
>Yes, creatine works, but that’s about the only one of your 500 supplements with scientific evidence to back it up.
multivitamins, fish oil, and some other supps are pretty good.
they won't specifically increase muscle size or power, but are very beneficial for overall health.
of course, if you consistently eat a perfect diet that provides you with enough of ALL the micronutrients that exist, they won't do anything. but very few people manage to do that.
I've been doing 45 mins, 5 days a week, for a bit more then year now. Are the gains good or bad for the amount i workout? (6.4f or 195 cm about 78 kilos 170 pounds)
My gf has gotten quite chubby recently and wants to lose weight but has an addiction to junk food and is trying to reform her ways. She keeps begging me to find her a drug/pill she can take to aid her weight loss. I understand most commercial drugs are just placebo nonsense but even if the placebo works it may encourage her to stop eating trash.
Roids/DNP are out of the question, she also cannot afford a gym membership due to being a poor student (but can somehow afford loads of junkfood amirite).
Think you're good looking, do you? Upload a pic of yourself and get your daily share of abuse.
Last thread died after some creepy faggots started doing creepy shit. No creepy shit this time, faggots.
Anyone had inguinal hernia surgery? I've got one, it was bulging and painful but the bulge reduced and it doens't really bother me right now, though I've stopped deadlifting. I need to decide if I fix it soon or wait until it's painful.
I'm scared of it bros. Scared of sedation, of the pain, the month at least out of the gym, losing my gains, needing to start over, etc.
As a skinnyfat person, what happens if I just stop eating?
You'll most likely feel like shit, lose muscle along with the fat, likely develop health issues due to lack of micronutrients in your non-existant diet.
But hey, your cut will go faster.
Is cottage cheese /fit/ approved?
Oh yeah. One of the very best body building foods. Such a high concentration of protein, along with a low amount of carbs. the protein is casin too so it takes longer for your body to absorb so it's best to eat at night before you will go to bed. if you don't have protein powder, then this is what you eat.
Uni thread brehs
>be tired with empty life
>start going to the gym just to go out
>actually really enjoy it
>do this for 2 years
>not best gains, but start noticing changes at least
>all of a sudden back to school
>all of a sudden get a job
>work 5 days
>go to school...
