I've been on a low calorie diet for 2 years and lost a lot of weight. I have a bit more fat to lose so I went on a low carb diet. I don't know if it's working or not, I'm losing weight and feeling tired and my body temperature is going up so I'm guessing it is.
Never been to the gym before and this is what the trainer gave me for my first workout plan. Thoughts?

Any exercise you do with dumbbells, replace them with plates if possible.
I do lateral raises with plates instead of dumbbells and it shreds my forearms as well as mid delts
how much do I have to squat/deadlt before I can wear full compression wear outside for 'mires

Hands-down cheapest as in it doesn't matter the slightest whether it tastes bad or has no variety - suppose the only things that matter are that it's as cheap as possible and healthy
