Roommates and I are building a home gym. Got two bars off of Craigslist, but one of them is bent. Is that going to affect lifts in any way?

Drinking my coffee with sugar free hazelnut right now. This is the only flavor you need to be honest, it's the best.
But yeah, during the holidays I wish I could use the pumpkin or peppermint ones. Maybe the Coffeemate people think /fit/ people don't care about those flavors and the majority of people buying them are fatties that don't care about drinking sugar.
What's best for curbing hunger, brehs? I know the ECA stack is quite good, but I don't want the anxiety.

They are cheap as fuck, easy to prepare and delicious. In my country they are on average 5-6 times cheaper than regular ground beef and just as healthy.
They are packed with protein and essential micro-nutrients such as iron and vitamin B.

I have 3 black belts in 3 different martial arts( BJJ, JUDO, KARATE) along with boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling training and have competed and and won on a high level in all 6.
