What does your name mean, /fit/?

So, for a herniated L5-S1, what can I do to make my deadlifts and squats safer? I re-snapped my shit a few months ago front squatting. Been working on hamstring flexibility.
Should I get a weightlifting belt?
breh, I'm herniated at L3-L4 L4-L5 and L5-S1, I haven't deadlifted or squatted in 8 months, and I resnapped last week doing fucking leg press. I think its due to tight hammies. Need help bros.
Yeah bro, it's largely the hammies. Hammies pull everything and make you round your back which is decidedly bad while it is load bearing.
Also, I hear leg press is actually worse for your back than squatting. And deads are good for your back... but only if you can keep your back flat which is hard if your hammies are tight.
How you making out? Sciatica? having problems even existing? I was in bed for fucking week crying.
I stopped buttwinking by doing >/owl/-shoes
>not going past parallel
>streching calfs so knee can go further out
for deadlifts I hear a smokey texan voice in my head that says
>...smoothly over the middle of the foot...
>...squuuiiiize your chest up...
What supplements do you guys take when cutting? Do you take supplements?
Why is it when I sit down I feel chubbier but when I stand I am skinny. I am 5'11 at 135 pounds. (I dont eat much.... Also I am 20)
I have eating problems where I hate to eat and I am scared to get close to snacks. I wake up and sit in my chair and I cant even handle it.
Didn't see a dinner thread in the catalog.
>401 g protein
>41 g fiber
Just a hodgepodge of stuff
This is the anon from yesterday. Yesterday I claimed I ran 2km in 15mins which many of you flipped their shit about since it was apparently slow as fuck. Eventhough I trained 6 months to get there but I obviously trained wrong.
This morning I started early and I actually clocked myself.
This morning I did 5km (3.1m) in 25minutes and 47 seconds. I did 5 rounds of 1km. But it was almost one minute too slow/late. Now I didn't do this consecutive (without breaks). I did actually slowed down and started walking for 30secs to 1 minute near the end...

Also on a side note: I always train/run in the early mornings (between 6am and 7am. However the test is probably at night after 6pm.
Would this make a big difference?
Maybe I dont run so fast yet since I start running 10mins after I eat a banana and drink half a liter water with protein shake?
only off by 47 seconds and you have 3 weeks?
your gonna make it, brah.
just keep runnan.
also fuck /fit/ they don't even know what running is like. they think cardio kills gains so they don't know shit about dick when it comes to it.
for being noob, that isn't bad.
not great, but it falls in the "mediocre" territory.
which is where a noob should be.
Hello fellow Fitizens. I am having an issue balancing diet with my exercise. When I exercise I tend to need to binge pretty instantly. I try to keep fruit on hand but if I don't I will literally eat anything that is allowed in my diet whether healthy or not.
I feel as if this is counter productive. Is this normal? And do you have any tips on controlling this? Do you think its possible that I am not getting enough calories pre workout?
Pic somewhat related. My goal figure.
How much weight do you guys think you could theoretically lose if you went on a
Not planning on trying or anything, just genuinely interested
what are some good ways to get a girl wet at how "strong" or /fit/ you are
By somehow make her feel how strong you are obv. She tries to do something and fails, you chime in and do it with ease. You'll be her panty dropping hero now. Warning: don't try this if she's even slightly feminazi
>needing a half squat postion
>requiring a push press for a 120-140lbs object
>not touching her thighs, chest, or armpit
kek what a fag
Brehs, I wanna get meaty hands. Pic related, it's my hand.
My fingers are short and bony. When I shake hands with some guys their hands feels like padded iron. I don't just mean strength, but rigidity too. My hand isn't super weak, but it collapes/folds under not much pressure.
Seriously it looks like 3 months on SS will give you monsters
Two words: spin class.
Intervals and sprint training specifically. As usual, train all areas for overall stability and fitness.
I only hit legs
lol get a load of this faggot
the only thimg I've ever done is legs
I can't even bench lmao 1.5pl8
I fucked up my shoulders the first month I started lifting and I still get pain even though that was almost 2 years ago
I just do arms and back once a week too
Any NEETS here that go to the gym? I'm NEET, but I have some money in savings. I have a problem with not eating enough though, I don't think I'd be able to afford enough food if I start seriously lifting.
I guess around ~40-50€.
It is about 7€ a day, Enough for decent food.
And no I dont cook often, I just eat as basic as possible. I am not the great cook.
Since I live in germany my main food is 'Magerquark' and 'Muesli', based quark with 60g proteins in 500g + delicious source of oats and fruit. Both is pretty cheap.
Main meal is mostly meat (turkey), either cooked or precooked with vegetables and shit.
Also as snack I eat fruit.
I dont know how much money you can spend on food but here in germany you get around 150€ a months just for food.
we all share pics and alpha moments of zyzz
Hey bros I think I've got Genu Valgum legs. Im on my feet all day for work and I'm in pain for all of it. I bought better shoes that alleviated it a bit but I'm still getting chronic pain. I'd love some insight if any of you have treated this problem in yourselves. Also the last few nights I haven't been able to sleep because of the pain, like my leg is not possible to be put into a state of rest.
I went to the doctor today and I'm getting an xray to look for minor fractures. When I asked what the possible treatment was he said "strapping...

These are my legs. Just looking at my left leg (its my left leg the mirror just reverses it) it looks like my calves are weaker. Which I think might be a contributing factor. I'm going to work on evening up the muscles in my legs but I would still like help to get them aligned like the normal picture above.
