I am about to start GOMAD, anything I should know? I am planning on eating 4 solid meals with it because I need the calories, I kinda plateaued. I am 5'11 170 pounds kinda skelly mode.

So I'm going for a long trip and I'll only have my 2lb weights, so can I do my normal workout with them as long as I do enough reps or will it be less effective?
don't bother bringing 2lb weights, they're literally useless.
Find a broom and go to a grocery store where you are and buy water jugs, should be pretty cheap. Weigh them and replace the water with small rocks from literally anywhere outside to get them up to the weight you desire. Lift them by the handles for use as dumbbells, or put them on the broomstick as a barbell
How do you handle them?

Hey /fit/, long time lurker, first time poster.
I have a few noobish questions if you don't mind answering.
1) I started running in the morning because I heard running 30 minutes on an empty-stomach is like doing an hour and a half of cardio, but can I drink water or can't even drink water?
2) Since I am trying to lose my belly, and I do know spot reduction doesn't work, I have read that taking in creatine helps in burning fat, is that true?
3) Can I still take supplement of protein or should I avoid that as to not be "big"?

Ration sugary treats into your calorie budget.
There is no reason you can't have a couple pieces of chocolate with your meals to avoid heavy cravings. And you don't have to eat them with the meal, just plan for them during the day and have em when you need em.
