How old are you? As a woman you are in the situation that after a certain age your attractiveness will get lower every year until no man will look at you anymore. How do I train my legs at home?
I can't afford the gym, I don't have any equipment at home besides some dumbbells and plates. I think I have a barbell at my mothers house buried somewhere that could be used for something.
I cant run because of bad ankles/ knees from sport when I was younger.

Hey /fit/ I've been lifting for about 1 year now and noticed my babylifts beginning to plateau. At first I was convinced it was just the end of my noob gains, but I'm beginning to think lack of sleep could be the answer. I always try to fix my sleeping schedule but end up staying up all night instead because shitty willpower.
How important is sleep and how long is necessary?
Sleep is important but the get 8 hours of perfect sleep meme is exaggerated. Just sleep when you're tired. If you constantly stay up all night you're just going to function shittier in general though.
Everyone will tell you it's super important and you need 8 hours of sleep but no one will be able to back it up with any kind of scientific evidence proving that you need a certain amount of hours for optimal strength/hypertrophy gains.

3x12 leg raises
3x12 spider man push ups
3x12 intermediate shrimps
3x10 some kind of dip on a single bar
3x12 wide push ups

If you're having 1500cals then you are either a 14 y.o girl, or you are a manlet who is completely shredded and about to step on a bodybuilding stage (eg. chris lavado 1 week out from comp).

What do you do with your dirty work out clothes before you wash them?
It's kinda silly to wash just one t-shirt and one pair of shorts, so you'll to store it for some time. Problem is that it stinks. I live in a small apartment in the city, and I have no obvious place to hide it. Wat do?
