I have the proportions of a Majora's Mask giant (pic related), I have a short, large torso and lanky ass legs and arms. People in the gym have also nicknamed me "the flying squirrel".
Barbell training in a 3x5 manner only exacerbated this issue, so I switched to a 3x a week calisthenics + squats and deads program. I also switched the rep scheme on squats to 3x10 to see if I can add more mass to my legs.
Question: is that enough volume for my legs if I do squats 3x a week?

Go back to your 800ml a day for a week, then add another glass every other day the second, then every day the third, and work up like that.
