Obviously the "cardio will short your gains" is a bit of a meme but how much cardio would be a good amount for someone on a bulk? My cardio is kinda shit and I want to improve it but I don't want to overdue it and fuck up my progress.
What cardio would you guys do while on a bulk? I'd really like to do couch to 5k but I'm worried that'd be too much.

I don't know I'm a beginner and I have been power-walking 30 mins a day.
Seems to work for bulking, but I am coming from 120 lbs -> 132+ so it's probably easier.
Going to keep bulking till like 150, hopefully I don't look super fat at that point.

I literally can't help it. I'm 22 and I've done it since I was 13
I had the same issue. Honestly it's just repetition. Every time you catch yourself doing it make a conscious effort to correct it. Just make sure not to slack off and it'll eventually go away.
I do have a problem now of staring into the distance when I talk to people and not looking them in the eyes. Been approaching that the same way.

I made a resolution to quit drinking without occasion and go out partying much less often. (Currently about 4 times a week) All after another night of pulling stupid shit I regret and an awful next day. Tfw being social and drinking is killing my gains.

I took a couple of sips of soda for the first time in two or three years the other day and I wanted to fucking make myself throw up.
Soda is literally the most bullshit drink ever, it's the cigarette of liquid. It doesn't give you any nutrition, it doesn't get you drunk, it's not even a good caffeine source and even if it was all the sugar and acid cancels that out. If I was the Stalinist dictator of the world I'd seriously just ban that nasty shit
