I had high fever and severe diarrhea for 3 days; fortunately I seem to be recovering, but my gains are kill. How much do you think I have lost, and how much of it is muscle? Pic related is me more than a week ago vs me today.
Will it be easier to gain back up, due to muscle memory and shit, or is it just broscience?
Hey /fit/ whats your opinion on Intermittent fasting or Lean gains?I never thought about it but suddenly got interested.So apparantly you just fast a bit and eat the same amount of calories you normally would eg your tdee and your bf% goes down.Seems too good to be true is it bulshit?Anyone have exerience doing it?Do you lose muscle fasting?
Calories are calories. Eating 500 cals under your tdee is way easier in two meals over 8 hours than in three meals over 16 hours.
The calories stay the same, but you feel more satisfied.
The only bad thing is that you feel like shit in the mornings for like 2 weeks due to the lack of breakfast, but that feeling goes away.

I live on an island with only 400 residents. No gym. Only way to get to a city is by a 2 hour flight. Looking to get some big dumbbells for home work out.

Did i just shit out 100g protein? its been a couple of hours, surely my body digested the protein before i did those shits right, I also trained today.
Sounds like you don't eat much fiber. However, based on a quick Google search, high protein usually causes constipation.
With that aside, I doubt your body used anywhere near that many grams to rebuild tissue, so your probably shat it all.
