If I do strong lifts and eat deficit will this be enough to get to a low body fat with visible abs. Cardio is the shittiest thing ever because it takes for fucking ever. Running for like 45 minutes what the fuck. Can I just do jump rope intensely for a short amount of time or doing it slow over time the ideal.

My achilles tendon has started aching recently and my left knee aches all the time and is almost always swollen, especially after running
Should I take a break from running or will it go away in time? Kind of don't want to take a break though
Is it your left Achilles that hurts? If it's all on your left side you might need to start rolling a lot more and stretching frequently. Roll your feet on golf balls to see if it eases up your Achilles tightness as well. ICe you knees every day and slow your running right down and you may get away with not needing a break. Prob should have 1-2 days anyway while trying to rehab it. Good luck

Hey /fit/ I live in Japan and it's pretty expensive to eat protein unless I eat tofu and particularly natto (fermented soybeans). Other types of beans are pretty expensive so I don't eat them too much. One plus is I live in the middle of nowhere so vegetables are dirt cheap.
Nutrition of natto is:
1 pack (40g): 77kcal
Should I just spend all of my money eating chicken or will this type of vegetable protein be okay?
