Does anybody else here have delusions of grandeur or am I the only one? I have basically planned out my transformation to the Ubermensch. I have created 3 categories for this:
1. Cultivation of Mind
2. Cultivation of Body
3. Cultivation of Environment
Now I do not want to annoy you too much with the details in the OP, but I might share later on in the posts.
If you still have those delusions, you're just a solipistic manchild, too self-centered to realize you're not special.
If you set those plans, chances are you'll never put them in action. Doers just do, they don't wank and think about what they could become. And more importantly, most of them benefited from a positive feedback loop since child.
Only a select few manage to get what they want from scratch. Going from loser to winner is a fairy tale only seen in movies.
So why do fat people think they are healthy? I somewhat understand the "everyones beautiful" even tho its not evolutionary correct but I guess taste is different.
But when it comes to health how can they claim that they are healthy? Do you think they know deepest in their minds that its not healthy?
If anyone on fit has been fat in the past and tought it was healthy I would like to know why you tought that?
Is fat loss really just caloric deficit? Any tips on staving off hunger?

Genetically some people may have different food preferences and metabolic rates which ofc affect fat loss - but not much. If you run a caloric deficit, you WILL lose weight, and it's not hard to do if you track your food and aren't lazy about it
Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of veggies. I like to drink Seltzer too because it feels like soda. You'll get used to it

Artificial sweeteners are garbage for you but won't throw you off too hard: avoid. Eat all the fresh fruit you possibly can. Avoid juice and dried. Cut milk too if you want to be a real superhero.

Is it just me who cannot progress past 25kg on bent-over row? I'm 6'5'', are tall people just not able to perform bent-over rows correctly?
Thinking I might switch to machines for back exercises unless /fit/ knows of a way to perform rows correctly for lanklets.

Lads I got in a car accident and hit my knee. The doctors said it wasn't anything serious but I should stay away from heavy lifting for couple of months. So, in 2.5 months my squat went from 210kg to 160kg.
you'll build that strength up again much faster than you did originally. Lifting is more motor control than muscle size after all.
Just make sure you wear appropriate knee protection during your exercises to ensure you don't inflame the injury.
Also don't start heavy lifting unless you get the go ahead from your doctor/Physio

the bar, typically, is 45 pounds, plus the 90 pounds (two 45 lb plates)
you should be able to figure out 2pl8 and so forth
Just keep lifting OP. You aren't going to see a whole lot of progress from just two months.
